Atomex 20 Litre Pressure Pot Texture Spray Kit moves driveway resurfacing to the next level of production. This inexpensive system has no moving parts and requires little maintenance other than cleaning.

How does the system work?

The 20 litre texture pot is mounted on a chrome plated trolley with flat free tyres making it easy to move over any terrain.

Simply pour 20 litres of pre-mixed texture material into the pot and close the lid. Connect an air hose from your air compressor and adjust the regulator on the pressure pot to the desired pressure.

The air pressure in the pot will push the material down through the bottom outlet of the pot all the way along the material hose to the hand gun. The texture hand gun also needs to be connected to the air outlet at the top of pot.

When you are ready to spray open the ball valve on the texture gun and squeeze the trigger, the air travelling through the gun will splatter the material onto the surface.

The texture gun will apply the material in exactly the same way that a conventional texture hopper spray gun works but it has less weight and reduces fatigue.

Air Compressor recommendation –

Basic system requirement is a 12cfm electric air compressor but depending on the model and tank capacity the air may not keep up with the work flow which means you might have to wait for the air compressor to catch up.

We have found using a Pilot K-17P Petrol Air Compressor with a 100 litre air tank/receiver has given customers the best results.
